If you receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition (seal opened), defective/damaged or incorrect then you can return it to us within 7 days of the item(s) delivery. Rabia Jewels will only accept return and exchange for purchase made.

Kindly clearly mention why you would like to return your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing.

Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse.
