Initiation of Return Process

You must initiate the return process within 2 hours of the item being delivered.
Condition of Returned Item

The jewelry item must be in its original, unworn condition and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is mandatory.
Please make an unboxing video to ensure there is no ambiguity.

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up within 2-3 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items are not eligible for returns and refunds. They are only eligible for exchanges, which must be initiated within 2 hours of the item being delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Credit Notes:

If your return is approved, instead of a refund, you will receive a credit note for the same amount. This credit note can be used for future purchases.
