If you receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition (seal opened), defective/damaged or incorrect then you can return it to us within 7 days of the item(s) delivery. Rabia Jewels will only accept return and exchange for purchase made.

If you choose to return the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department (by sending a Whatsapp to +971 55 270 2152 and/or by sending an e-mail to rabiajewels@gmail.com). Kindly clearly mention why you would like to return your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing.

Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If the quality team find that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
